Australian Highland Truffles specialise in the intriguing and delectable world of truffles.

Our real pride is our dogs, and their ability to hunt truffles. We have our own highly trained dogs that are available for freelance harvesting in all highland and alpine regions of NSW, for whatever your need. We also train dogs for sale each year so that you may find your own truffles, if your operation suits or has a need for this.
